1 1/4 cups warm water
3 cups all purpose flour
2 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 jar of chunky pizza sauce
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup fresh mushroom, sliced
1 cup sliced black olives
2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 475ºF.
In a large bowl, pour warm water and sprinkle yeast on top.
Let sit for 10 minutes until mixture is frothy.
Add flour, oil and salt and mix.
Knead dough in bowl for 6-8 minutes until smooth and elastic (add more flour if needed).
Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
Lightly grease one 14 inch pizza pan.
Spread dough out with fingers until it stretches over pan, keeping dough thicker near the edges.
Spread with pizza sauce.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Add the mushrooms and cook until just soft, about 5 minutes.
Remove from hear and set aside.
Sprinkle half the cheese over the pizza crust.
Evenly layer over the mushrooms and black olives.
Top the pizza with the remaining cheeses.
Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, until crust is toasted and the cheese is bubbly.
Carefully remove from oven and allow the pizza to sit for 3 minutes before cutting.
