This is a classic recipe for coleslaw the way my Mother makes it. I hope you like it!
2 carrots, grated
1 Tablespoon honey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon celery seed
Fresh chopped parsley to garnish
In a large bowl, mix dressing ingredients together.
Combine the cabbage and carrots mixing well.
Refrigerate until serve.
Garnish with a little parsley.
